This isn't Julie Tawney at all, as mentioned it's Christy or Christie Parks. Who hasn't been in much but was in a few great ones, with this being the best.
I really don't understand mislabeling a video like this. If you aren't sure who it is, just don't label it at all. I was first introduced to this video by someone saying it was Inari Vachs, so it's got a history of people just making shit up about it.
