It's sweeter than cow's milk you get at the supermarket, if it's fresh. Much more than a day old, and fresh breast milk gets a slightly soapy taste. I've tried breast milk that's shipped frozen, and it's not worth the trouble. Google a phrase like "breast milk for sale" for websites where moms sell excess milk. www.onlythebreast.com is a good one. It'll probably be difficult to find sources of fresh breast milk in your area, but it's the only way to taste the real thing. Expect to pay up to $3 to $4 an ounce, and the moms usually don't pump more than a few months. I got lucky a coupla years ago and found a crazy young mom who let me nurse on her tits. But she was pretty crazy and lonely, and charge extra.
